My Clinical & Coaching Background

Experience That Informs My Practice

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a range of individuals—students, teens, professionals, and veterans, across diverse therapeutic and coaching settings.

Each experience has deepened my understanding of human resilience and informed how I show up as a therapist, coach, and facilitator today.

  • Empowerment through reflection

Creative Processing Workshops for Teens
Sacred Heart School of Montreal
February 2024

At Sacred Heart, I led a tailored workshop for high school students using creative arts therapy techniques to support emotional expression and self-awareness. While not a therapy session, the space offered an alternative to traditional talk-based approaches—giving teens a chance to explore their inner world through movement, imagery, and reflection. It was about expression, not perfection—and about helping students connect with themselves in a different, more intuitive way.

Key focus areas:

  • Creative tools for emotional exploration

  • Self-awareness through non-verbal expression

  • Accessible alternatives to talk-based support

  • Empowering teens with reflective, intuitive practices
